2. Permissions & Data Collection

A. Microphone Access (Record Audio)

Why we need it: Our App uses the microphone solely to enable the real-time AI conversation features ("Live Practice", "Echo Translate").

Data Handling:

Audio data is recorded only when you actively tap the microphone button.
Audio is processed transiently to convert speech to text (STT).
We do NOT store your raw audio recordings on our servers permanently.
Audio data is not shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

B. Personal Information

We collect the following personal information when you create an account:

Name: To personalize your experience.
Email Address: For account authentication, password recovery, and services updates.
Usage Data: We track lesson progress and scores to provide you with learning analytics.

3. Data Safety & Security

All data transmission between the App and our servers is encrypted using SSL/TLS (HTTPS).
Secure implementation of authentication prevents unauthorized access.
We do not sell your personal data to advertisers.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following trusted third-party services to operate our App:

Google Cloud / OpenAI / Anthropic
For processing Natural Language Understanding (AI responses).
Vercel / Cloudflare
For secure backend hosting and API delivery.

5. Account Deletion

You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated data.

In-App: Go to Settings > Delete Account.

6. Children's Privacy

Our App is intended for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without parental consent. If you believe we have collected data from a minor, please contact us immediately.
